Ferriday sister of Jerry Lee Lewis dies suddenly

FERRIDAY — Frankie Jean Lewis Terrell, the sister of rock-and-roll legend Jerry Amusement Lewis, died suddenly on Sunday. She was 71.

Terrell was a well-known psyche in Ferriday and to her brother’s fans from around the world who traveled to the Jerry Lee Lewis Family Museum, which she owned and operated bring to fruition her home on Louisiana Avenue. Ride out family also has a drive-thru liquor coop and convenience store beside the home.
